Amit Mulgund is a strategic leader with over 23 years of experience across automotive, agro-commodities, EPC, and real estate sectors. Most recently, he served as CFO of Designsmith, where he managed the company’s financial strategy, treasury, and large-scale project portfolios, bringing institutional rigor to real estate operations and enabling efficient capital deployment across complex luxury projects.

His career combines deep expertise in financial management, treasury, working capital optimization, and risk management with practical insight into real estate development, asset management, and project finance. Amit has worked with large conglomerates such as Larsen & Toubro and the Kewalram Chanrai Group, achieving operational and financial excellence while optimizing profitability and governance across diverse sectors and geographies.

His work includes establishing family office structures, enhancing investment frameworks, and driving financial discipline for businesses across India, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.

This combination of financial acumen and real estate experience made Amit a cornerstone in the founding of White Tiger. It was his vision to leverage the collective expertise of the leadership team and extend it into finance, creating a platform that blends operational insight, investment strategy, and advisory excellence. With his deep knowledge of real estate, project finance, and portfolio management, Amit is ideally positioned to lead White Tiger’s Real Estate Advisory practice - ensuring clients’ property investments are managed with discipline, foresight, and long-term value creation.

Shirish Garodia is a seasoned financial leader with over 17 years of experience managing large-scale investment, fundraising, liquidity, and risk portfolios for globally respected conglomerates including Tata, Wipro, and Larsen & Toubro, across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. His career reflects a deep command on capital markets and a proven ability to lead financial strategy at scale.

In his most recent role as Head of Treasury at AFCL, Tata International Limited, Shirish served on both the Advisory and Credit Committees and played a pivotal role in shaping the group’s NBFC business. He has managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios across dynamic market environments and asset classes, demonstrating expertise in risk management, market strategy, liquidity planning, structured investments, and corporate finance. He has built and scaled profitable businesses, led strategic initiatives, and managed high-performing teams while driving efficiency and sustainable growth.

Recognized internationally, Shirish’s leadership contributed to the team receiving the Asset Triple A Treasury, Trade, and Risk Management Award for excellence in liquidity and investment management - a testament to his ability to design robust frameworks that optimize performance, enhance governance, and create long-term value.

As a core member of White Tiger’s leadership team, Shirish has been instrumental in establishing and driving the firm’s Corporates & Financial Markets vertical. He combines analytical rigor with practical execution, advising corporates, institutions, and investors through complex capital, liquidity, and market decisions. His leadership ensures that White Tiger delivers institutional-quality financial solutions while retaining the agility, independence, and responsiveness of a boutique advisory platform.
